Favorite Dishes: a perfect medium-rare steak. you know it when you see it. the tender, succulent meat is an unmistakable sight. the tempting blood and juices showing on the outside as they take an eternity to spill. you can't have it in a big chunk, you have to slice it up and appreciate each and every piece. you inhale the spine-tingling aroma of the blood and the juices from the meat... it's unlike anything you've ever come across before. each bite just mercilessly teases you into having another and you eagerly oblige without even giving a thought. you'll unconsciously close your eyes as you savour the taste. as the flavours, juices and blood reach the corners of the inside of your mouth, no one would blame you for letting out that uncontrollable moan you let out as you show your unwavering approval. you lick your lips to make sure that's all of it. before you know it, you're starting on your second piece. you're hooked and you hope the experience never comes to an end, only to find that your knife and your fork are just grazing the juices on your otherwise empty plate.
